This week, we’re featuring one of our favorite ‘comfort foods’ to pair with our 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon, Bent Creek’s featured Wine of the Week. Marinated in a flavorful blend of Cabernet and soy sauce, these beef short ribs are rich and succulent – the meat is tender, falling off the bone. Serve on a bed of polenta or buttered egg noodles.
