Our Sauvignon Blanc is a marvelous sipping wine and great with appetizers, shellfish and fish. Aged in stainless steel, no oak. 2006 Livermore Valley CHARDONNAY $17.00 Our Chardonnay is richly textured featuring ripe pear and melon blended with soft notes of vanilla and oak. A buttery finish caresses the palette. Aged in a combination of French oak barrels and stainless steel. Bronze Medal 2008 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition 2005 Livermore Valley RED ON RED $25.00 The Bent Creek winemakers crafted a unique wine from two of our favorite grapes. This complex wine is a fusion of 35% Cabernet Sauvignon and 65% Syrah. Its bright color pleases the eye. Its rich red fruit aromas and flavors please the palate. Bronze Medal 2008 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition 2005 Livermore Valley ZINFANDEL $19.00 The brilliant garnet color sparkles. The blend of red fruit and spice aromas are followed by intense Bing cherry flavors with a zing of cinnamon and cloves. Savor its long tart cherry finish. 2005 Livermore Valley CABERNET SAUVIGNON $23.00 Its deep ruby hue hints at the richness of our newest Cabernet. This youthful wine leads with pleasing fruit aromas and flavors of black cherry, blackberry and black currant accented by oak. Soft tannins create a lingering finish. Barrel aged 22 months in French oak. Silver Medal 2008 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition 2005 Livermore Valley PETITE SIRAH $30.00 Its inky purple color and concentrated dark fruit aromas hint at this wine’s intensity. Lush blackberry and blueberry fruit flavor, balanced with black pepper and chewy tannins make this a powerhouse Petite. TOP TEN WINES LIVERMORE VALLEY Tri Valley Magazine 2004 Livermore Valley SYRAH (Bent Creek Vineyard) $24.00 Rich, dark color. Complex aromas of black cherry, plum, and earth. The fruit flavors of dark cherry and berry blend into a bright, peppery mid palette, finely structured tannins and a smooth, lingering finish. 100% Syrah from our vineyard. Barrel aged 22 months in French and American oak. Gold Medal 2008 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition 2006 Livermore Valley ZINFANDEL PORT (Bent Creek) $23.00 This port has a true zinfandel aroma with overtones of chocolate. The chocolate essence continues in the intense flavor accented by a hint of spice. It is a truly enjoyable sipping wine that is not limited to desserts 2006 Amador County Vintage PORT $23.00 Our 2006 port has the same award-winning qualities as our 2004, intense deep color, rich dark fruit aroma and flavor that lead to a lingering finish.
