Our Sauvignon Blanc is a marvelous sipping wine and great with appetizers, shellfish and fish. Aged in stainless steel, no oak. 2007 Central Coast CHARDONNAY NEW RELEASE! $17.00 Our Chardonnay is bright and crisp in a style that showcases fruit rather than oak The gentle fruit aroma hints at apricot and vanilla. The fresh tropical fruit flavors are supported by refreshing acidity. Delightful to sip, enjoy this wine with creamy cheeses and pastas. 2006 Livermore Valley CABERNET FRANC $25.00 The glowing garnet color sparkles in your glass. The fresh red cherry and raspberry aromas are accented with wisps of vanilla. With your first sip you’ll discover the light, bright cherry flavor followed by a lingering finish that balances spice and acidity. Silver Medal: 2009 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition 2006 Livermore Valley RED ON RED $24.00 The Bent Creek winemakers have crafted a unique wine from two of our favorite grapes. This stunningly complex wine is a fusion of 33% Cabernet Sauvignon from Quail Creek Vineyard and 67% Syrah from our own vineyard. Enjoy its roasted coffee aroma and dark fruit flavor. Savor its velvety finish. 2005 Livermore Valley CABERNET SAUVIGNON $23.00 Its deep ruby hue hints at the richness of our Cabernet. This luscious wine leads with pleasing fruit aromas and flavors of black cherry, blackberry and black currant accented by oak. Soft tannins create a lingering finish. Barrel aged 22 months in French oak. This full-bodied wine is bursting with ripe flavors of black cherry and blackberry with a hint of black pepper and a touch of oak. Its complex fruit flavors are well balanced with the tannins and structured for aging.
