Barrel Tasting Weekend will be March 28 & 29. Bent Creek, along with several other wineries in the Livermore Valley Wine Region, will be pulling wine from barrels so that you can experience their development during the aging process. We will be showcasing 2 of our dessert wines. Both the 2018 Zinfandel Port and 2018 Petite Sirah Port. For comparison, we will be pouring our finished and bottled, dry/non-dessert wine version of Zin and Petite from the same vintage. And just for added fun, we’ll pair nibbles of nuts, cheese, and chocolate with the dessert wines because amazing things happen when wine and food flavors come together.
